Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to feel confident when ordering from MODOO. If you change your mind, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You may notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
After notifying us, you must return the product within 14 days.

Return Conditions
Returned products should be returned in their original condition and include the accessories supplied with the product.
You may inspect the product as reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functionality.
If the product has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and this has reduced its value, we may make a deduction from the refund where permitted by applicable law.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Original delivery charges, where applicable, are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.
We recommend using a trackable return service, as we cannot be responsible for returned parcels until they have been received.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@modoo.se.
Include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where relevant.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect products will be handled in accordance with your applicable statutory consumer rights.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product or quantity, please return the original purchase in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
